EC 3.6.1.55). -!- Ribonucleotide diphosphates and deoxyribonucleotide diphosphates are hydrolyzed with broad specificity. -!- The bifunctional enzyme NUDT5 also hydrolyzes ADP-ribose to AMP and D-ribose 5-phosphate (cf.
